Average Days on Market is going up in all areas except for Corona and Norco. These two areas still seem to be our hottest.
Listing Inventory is still Down across the board, this will keep prices fairly stable and still make it a good Sellers market. Interest Rates are being held at great historical levels and Buyers can still get into homes for what they may be paying for rent.
Median Sales Price in each area are as follows:
Corona – $440,000
Norco – $480,000
Riverside – $330,000
Riverside County Overall – $320,000
San Bernardino County Overall – $270,000
