At fourteen, I was answering phones in a real estate office after school — long before “ISA” became an acronym and long before most agents realized this industry was never actually about houses. It was about pressure, personalities, money decisions, marriages, ego, fear, and… helping people overcome all of that to reach their goals. That early front row seat became a Masters degree worthy education in human behavior under financial stress. Four decades later, that’s why I'm still in the game.
