Some of you have followed my journey for a long time. Others may know me through coaching, consulting, speaking, social media, or simply from being in the real estate industry together over the years. Either way, thank you for being part of the whole book — not just a chapter.

→ I started my real estate career at the age of 14 answering phones at my older brothers brokerage after school. Then went onto Escrow, Title, Sales and Coaching.
→ Now I find tons of enjoyment helping agents become true business owners.
→ My style isn't for everyone. I'm o.k. with that.

My non-compete with Ferry International has officially ended, I am grateful for 16 years of mentorship, knowledge, relationships built and the many doors that were opened during my tenure. Now I'm excited to start something of my own.
I’ve been head down building a coaching and consulting business centered around the agent who wants to grow their way not the way the industry says they should. To build stronger, profitable businesses without losing themselves or their sanity in the process.
What’s evolved the most is how I work with clients today. While production still matters, my work has expanded far beyond traditional coaching into deeper consulting around operations, profitability, leadership, systems, growth strategy, and the structural pieces that determine whether a business can truly survive without taking away an agents life.
For agents who need to build or rebuild the foundation of their team, I created the
O.P.P.S. Accelerator — focused on operations, people, processes, profits, and systems.
For agents who are producing but feel stuck and unable to break that glass ceiling, a more production focused program called the
Agent Accelerator —is designed to help break through production plateaus with a much stronger focus on performance, consistency, and execution.
And honestly, a lot of what I’m doing now is customized around where someone’s business actually is right now and what THEY WANT— not where the industry says it should be.
